アプリ利用規約

第1条　本規約について
Article 1　About this agreement
　1. お客様には、しりアップギュットアプリ（以下、本アプリ）をご利用いただくにあたり、本規約に同意いただく必要があります。
　2. 本規約は、お客様と株式会社IDEAL（以下「当社」といいます。）との間で合意されるものであり、本アプリをご利用になる前に本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意してください。
　3. 本規約は、本アプリをご利用いただく方すべてに適用され、本アプリを使用することにより、本規約に同意されたものとみなされます。

　1. In order to use this "Shiri-Up Gyutto application" ( hereinafter referred to as "this application"), the customer must agree to this agreement.
　2. This agreement is between the customer and IIDEAL,K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "IDEAL or we").
　Please be sure to read and agree to these terms carefully before using this application.
　3. This agreement applies to all users of this application, and by using this application, it is considered that you have agreed to this agreement.

第2条　利用条件について
Article 2　Terms of Use
　1. 本アプリをご利用いただくにあたり、お客様には、別途明示的な定めがある場合を除き、本規約を遵守することを条件とします。
　2. 本アプリをご利用いただくにあたり、お客様は以下に同意するものとします。

　・本アプリは使用許諾されるものであり、お客様に譲渡されるものではないこと
　・本アプリを商業目的で利用しないこと
　・本アプリを複製、公衆送信、譲渡、改変、リバースエンジニアリングをしないこと
　・本アプリを不正に改造しないこと
　・本アプリはお客様に通知されることなく、アップデートが提供されること
　・本アプリを利用するためには、アップデートしなければならない場合があること
　・アップデートに伴い、本アプリをアップデート以前の状態に戻せないこと
　・アップデートに伴い、お客様に通知されることなく、本アプリの一部または全てが使用停止、変更または削除される場合があること
　・本アプリを違法な態様で使用しないこと
　・お客様による本アプリの利用により知的財産に関する権限または権利がお客様に譲渡されることはないこと

　3. 本アプリは、独自の利用規約を有するサードパーティのサービスを利用していますのでご注意ください。
     以下は、本アプリが利用するサードパーティサービスプロバイダーの利用規約へのリンクです。

　・Google Play Services

　1.When using this application, it is a condition that the customer complies with this agreement unless otherwise specified.
　2. In using this application, the customer agrees to the following conditions.

　・This application is licensed, not transferred to the customer.
　・Do not use this application for commercial purposes
　・Do not copy, publicly transmit, transfer, modify or reverse engineer this application.
　・Do not illegally modify this application
　・Updates of this application will be provided without any notice to the customer.
　・Customer may need to update to use this application.
　・Due to the update, this application cannot be returned to the state before update
　・Some or all of this application may be suspended, changed or deleted without notification to the customer due to the update.
　・Do not use this application in an illegal manner.
　・No authority or right related to intellectual property will be transferred to the customer by the use of this application by the customer.

第3条　本規約の変更、終了および解除
Article 3　Change, termination and cancellation of this agreement
　1. 本規約の内容を当社は、そのウェブサイト（https://www.kk-ideal.co.jp/）上またはアプリ内で公表することにより随時変更することができます。
　2. 本規約の変更後にお客様が本アプリをご使用になる場合、お客様は変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
　3. お客様が、本アプリをインストールした機器（「パソコン」、「スマートフォン」、「タブレット」を指します。）を処分（第三者への譲渡を含みます）する場合、お客様は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで本規約が終了されます。
　4. お客様が本規約の規定に従わなかった場合、当社は事前通知を行うことなく、本アプリの一部または全部の使用を停止し、本規約を解除する等の措置をとることができます。

　1. The content of this agreement can be changed at any time by publishing it on its website (https://www.kk-ideal.co.jp/) or in this application.
　2. If you use this application after changing these Terms, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
　3. When the customer disposes of the device ("PC", "smartphone", "tablet") on which this application is installed (including transfer to a third party), the customer will uninstall this application to terminate this agreement.
　4. If you do not comply with the provisions of this agreement, we can stop the use of part or all of this application and take measures such as canceling this agreement without giving advance notice.

第4条　免責および責任の制限
Article 4　Disclaimer and limitation of liability
　1. お客様は、本アプリを自己の責任にて使用するものとします。
  2. 本アプリの利用（ダウンロードやアップデートを含みます）には、インターネット接続が必要となります。
　　 通信環境の整備・維持管理並びに通信料の支払いは、お客様の責任と費用負担で行うものとします。
　3. 当社は、本アプリの利用により発生したお客様の損害については、一切の賠償責任を負いません。
　4. 当社による情報または助言が保証責任を構成することはありません。

　1. Customers shall use this application at their own risk.
　2. Using this application (including downloading and updating) requires an internet connection.
     The setup/maintenance of network environment, and payment of communication fees are the customer's responsibility and expense.
　3. We are not liable for any damages caused by the use of this application.
　4. No information or advice from us constitutes a warranty liability.


第5条　権利譲渡禁止
Article 5　Prohibition of rights transfer
　1. お客様は、本規約に特に定めた場合を除き、理由の如何または有償無償を問わず、本規約の当事者たる地位または本規約上の権利義務を譲渡、貸与その他の形態で処分、または本アプリの再実施を許諾することはできません。

　1. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, the customer shall transfer, lend, dispose of the status of the parties to this agreement or the rights and obligations under this agreement, dispose of in any other form, or re-execution of this application cannot be approved.

第6条　裁判管轄
Article 6　Jurisdiction
　1. 本規約に関する当社とお客様との間の紛争については、盛岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

　1. Regarding disputes between the Company and customers regarding these Terms, the Morioka District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
